For Exhibitors
Vision Midwest Exhibitors enjoy exclusive conference attendee time during each of the three days. Our outreach to nonprofit, education and government institutions, affordability, and conference transportation within Wisconsin and from surrounding Midwestern states to the conference, ensures a diverse geographic group of consumers and professionals at the Vision Midwest Exhibition Hall. Extensive programming, including a variety of educational presentations and sports, along with quality, comprehensive accommodations, like conference childcare, helps attendees focus on their interests and creates a more positive atmosphere at the Vision Midwest Conference.
Dates and Times
The Vision Midwest Conference Exhibition Hall at the Alliant Energy Center dates for Exhibitors are Friday, October 22 through Sunday, October 24.
Exhibit Hours
Friday 10 AM – 5 PM
Saturday 9 AM – 5 PM
Sunday 9 AM – 3 PM
Setup/Teardown
Setup by 25 minutes before exhibit hours start (you can get in to set-up at 7 AM) — teardown by 7 PM on Sunday, October 24 (can be later by arrangement).
