Registration is available at the door! Please fill out a form and bring it to the Registration Desk at the conference with your payment.
The basic conference fee of $40 entitles you to all presentations and the Exhibition Hall with some cultural events, some sporting events, and professional education credits requiring additional charges. Registering requires two steps as instructed below: complete a form and make payment. Please email us with any questions.
1. Complete the Conference Registration Form
Register with either the online Conference Registration Form or by downloading and faxing the Conference Registration Document (PDF).
2. Make Payment
Make payment either by mail or by PayPal.
